Kenneth Bagwell, Jr., Of counsel assists clients with legal issues regarding commercial real estate and business law. Mr. Bagwell earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina in 1979 and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar that same year. He is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina. He currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel, Northeast Division, for D.R. Horton, Inc., a national home builder. Thomas R. Holt practices in the area of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Holt earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina in 1990 and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar that same year. He is a member of the Orange County and North Carolina Bar Associations. Nathaniel C. Smith represents clients in civil litigation, workers' compensation, personal injury, and wrongful death. Mr. Smith earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina with honors in 1993 and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar the same year. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. Beth Tillman Logan is an estate planning attorney. She earned her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina in 1993 and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar the same year. Ms. Tillman Logan is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Estate Planning Section. Jeffrey A. Jones practices in the area of residential real estate, builder representation, and real estate litigation. He graduated from Campbell University School of Law in 1995 and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar the same year. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association. Christopher A. Crowson provides legal services to clients regarding commercial real estate, residential real estate, and business formation. Mr. Crowson graduated from Campbell University School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar that same year. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association. John G. Miskey IV represents clients with divorce, custody, separation agreements, adoption, and other family law issues, as well as civil litigation and collections. Mr. Miskey graduated from the University at Buffalo Law School, SUNY, in 2005, and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2006.
