Attorney Profiles

John G. Miskey IV has a general family law practice, including all aspects of divorce, custody, separation agreements, premarital agreements, adoption as well as other family law issues.  His practice also includes general civil litigation, drafting wills and power of attorney documents, residential real estate and collections.  Mr. Miskey graduated Summa Cum Laude from Niagara University in 2002 with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.  He received his law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law, State University of New York in 2005 and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2006.  Mr. Miskey's professional associations include membership of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Orange County Family Law Association and the Durham Family Law Section.
