What our Clients Say About John Miskey:

“I did my research before choosing an attorney and it sure paid off. I was incredibly impressed with John's attention to detail, quick responsiveness, and vast knowledge. A true professional in and out of the courtroom. I cannot speak highly enough of him. My case settled out of court but that would not have happened without John's influence and aggressiveness to help me not only get to be able to have a relationship with my son, but save me money as well. Trust me when I say that you will not find a more caring, understanding, and better person that John. I know that I will retain his services again for any and all future revisions in my child custody; or any legal needs in NC. I cannot thank him enough.”

“Mr. Miskey is always reachable, ever cognizant of my worries and concerns, and constantly willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I remain a completely satisfied client. I could not be happier with the services and relationship that John and I built through this process. I was immediately comfortable and confident of John’s expertise and abilities. I now not only consider him my counsel, but also a friend. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Honestly, I have been thinking for several hours if there was ANY part of my experience that could be improved, and am still unable to come up with a single example. From the diet coke I sipped on during our initial encounter to the numerous phone calls and emails that came much later than normal business hours, I am confident that no one could have worked harder to accomplish my goals. It is not often in this world that ANYONE is completely satisfied with a professional service. This is one of those rare times.”

“I sincerely appreciate your detail and expedience of the matter to which I needed. The staff was courteous and cordial. The respect and sensitivity to my issues were evident. I truly appreciate the speed hard work and time put in by yourselves. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for me. I will be able to breathe and undo all the stress that this situation caused behind me. I will highly recommend your office to anyone and everyone.”

“John always kept us informed and never left things hanging waiting for answers between parties. While he could do nothing about the other attorneys or their clients, we felt we were well informed and prepared for anything coming our way. Also he took us at our word, believing that we were telling the truth as we were living it and he did everything he could to see from our point of view and help us navigate the law in our favor. We will use Bagwell Holt Smith again if we have a need for an attorney. I want to take this time to extend my appreciation for your assistance regarding my custody/visitation case. I am greatly pleased by your work in relation to my case and look forward to continuing to work with you in my quest to gain custody of (minor child).  He was so good at working with one of the women we referred to him. He was thorough and really did his homework and he was also compassionate and real. She appreciated it sooo much (as did we)! Thanks for recommending him.”

“We were very happy that we have successfully adopted (minor child) as our daughter. Thank you very much for all your hard work and professional services. We would not have gotten this without your help. For that we are very grateful and thankful. Many of our friends have asked us how we did that, and who the attorney is. May we refer them to you if they are seeking the same service?”

“My experience with John Miskey has been outstanding! He is extremely professional while also remaining very approachable and easy to engage in conversation. He is extremely thorough and ready to defend his client's rights whenever necessary and does so to the best of his ability. When the time arises that John needs to be firm in his client's defense, he does so in a way that is meaningful and actually obtains results he doesn't just argue for the sake of argument. Through my interaction with John he has gained my trust and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney.”
